Refund policy

If you'd like to make a return please email us at store@htown.co.uk quoting your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return. We will help to organise this for you.

Refunds are accepted if you change your mind about the item.

The item must be returned to us in an unused, saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered to your address. 

The original shipping cost will not be refunded. 

All collection orders must be collected within 14 days of the order being placed, after this time they will become non-refundable.

Please return items unused, in original packaging, with all returns security tags and garment tags still attached.

If we feel that for any reason the garment has been worn, the security tags have been removed, or the packaging is damaged in any way, then we reserve the right to refuse the return and the items will be returned to the sender and no refund will be given.

Customers returning items will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and are advised to send returns tracked, as htown is not liable for lost packages.

htown does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
